Getting your Ovanix essentials to you, fast and safe.
1. Order Processing
We are as excited as you are to get your order to you! Once you place your order, our team verifies it and dispatches (packs and ships) it within 24 to 48 hours.
Note: Order processing does not take place on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
After your order is dispatched, the estimated time for it to reach your address is as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3 – 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 – 8 business days. (In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to courier partner delays or remote locations.)
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on most of our orders.
- If any shipping fee applies to your order, it will be clearly displayed on the Checkout Page before you make the payment.
4. Order Tracking
You have the right to know where your package is!
- As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Tracking Link via email or WhatsApp.
- You can click that link to monitor your package’s location in real-time.
5. Delivery Guidelines
- Contact Details: Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and a complete address (including the correct Pin Code) at checkout to avoid any delivery issues.
- Missing Package: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please notify us within 24 hours at support@ovanix.in so we can investigate with our courier partner.
