Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Ovanix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange only under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Products: If the product received is physically damaged, defective, or non-functional upon arrival.
Incorrect Item Received: If the product you received does not match the item you ordered.
Request Timeline: You must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Acceptance
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet these criteria:
The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
It must show no signs of use or wear.
Crucial: You must provide an unboxing video as proof of the damage or discrepancy at the time of delivery. Without this video, we may not be able to process your claim.
3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
If your order qualifies, please follow these steps:

Include your Order ID and the unboxing video/photos of the product.
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse.
4. Refunds
Approval: Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the criteria mentioned in Section 2.
Process: Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
Items where the original packaging or tags have been removed or tampered with.
Any item requested for return after the 48-hour window has passed.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant (e.g., color or size), please contact us immediately. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.
